Delta Media Forum Calls for Unity and Collaboration in Delta State
The Delta Media Forum (DMF) has called for unity and collaboration among political leaders in Delta state to advance the state's development. The Delta Media Forum (DMF), a collective of media professionals operating in the nation's capital and originating from Delta state, has called for unity and collaboration among political leaders in the state. The Forum urges the Governor of Delta State, National Assembly members, and the appointed minister representing the state to transcend adversarial postures often associated with electoral contests and work together for the advancement of Delta state.

The DMF acknowledges Governor Sheriff Oborevwori's recent electoral victory and subsequent validation by the electoral tribunal. Mr. Benjamin Ubiri, the Coordinator of the Delta Media Forum, shared his thoughts on Governor Oborevwori's victory, stating, "We extend our heartfelt congratulations to His Excellency, Governor Sheriff Oborevwori, for securing victory at the tribunal. This outcome serves as an affirmation of the mandate granted to him by the citizens of Delta State. Additionally, the tribunal's validation reaffirms the integrity of the electoral process during the February elections."

The Delta Media Forum also lauds Governor Oborevwori for his efforts to enhance the well-being of Deltans. Particularly commendable is the distribution of palliatives as part of measures to alleviate the challenges caused by the removal of fuel subsidy. The forum encourages Governor Oborevwori to build upon the accomplishments of his predecessor, with a particular focus on advancing crucial sectors such as the transportation system.

In addition to extending its felicitations to Governor Oborevwori, the Delta Media Forum also congratulates Festus Keyamo, SAN, on his appointment as the Minister of Aviation and Aerospace.
