Oba Adelusi, who ascended the throne in 1959 at the age of 26, hails from the Okiribiti Adeyibaka ruling house. Furthermore, Oba Adelusi pointed out the tourism potential in the community, urging the government to develop the Emerin river as a tourist site. He proposed dredging the river to enhance its allure and draw visitors, similar to the Osun River, which attracts tourists frequently.
